Just had a Fitbit update and still not syncing. Is anything going to be done to try and fix the problem or is my Fitbit heading for the trash.. Why cant the problem be fixed. Please fix the problem so I and everyone else who owns a zip thacker don't have to rehash a perfectly fine zip thacker .PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM.........

It happens to me once a week... super frustrating. CS says uninstall and reinstall. Really. How many times?

It's frustrating, spoke to support, they told me my galaxy 7 doesn't support the device. Its been uploading fine for the last 4 months. Now the last week it doesn't. I have a galaxy 8 that won't update and support says it should. The only way I can sync is on my computer. That sucks.
They need to fix the bug. Just think if this is on social media, they would trash fit bit

I would be thrilled with it failing just once a week.
Half of my miles/steps don't get logged. I have a Galaxy S9 - almost new phone.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times as well.
I wish they would stop adding new features to the app and focus on just making it work.
I am about ready to give up - I don't know if other trackers are better, but they couldn't be worse.

Is this still happening? I thought I was the only one. I haven't been able to sync my zip on the app in over 3 months. I have tried just about everything I have read online and nothing. Is there really no solution to this? Not syncing makes it so inconvenient. Any help!?!?!?

Same thing has happened to me. The last Sync was April 23
