I've had my zip for a few years now and have never had any problems with it until last Thursday, like with everyone else on here it stopped syncing. I've done the take the battery out and put it back in and yes it works, but it is rather tedious. Today I had an idea, the fitbit app on my B1-850 tablet hasn''t updated as yet, I'm hoping it never does, and low and behold my zip synced without a problem which is strange as it never synced before. So to my way of thinking it's a problem with the updated app and not our phones. By the way my phone is an Xperia XA1.

Like everybody else my zip hasn't been syncing with my phone. Today the fitbit app has just updated and my zip has synced for the first time in a few weeks. Does this mean the app has finally been fixed, I certainly hope so?
