I have already troublshooted both restarting my zip and checking the spring, my zip is still not tracking properly. It either tracks no steps at all or hlaf or less of the steps i actually did. I can walk around my house and then check and ill have had 0 steps tracked. Or if i count my steps it will say half or less of my steps. I have also tried putting it on my bra, waistband and in my pocket and gotten similar results. I have only had it for a month and its never worked properly. Help!
