Only calories registering

I received my zip for Christmas and haven't dropped it or gotten it wet but all of a sudden it is not counting my steps. It won't move from the calories....goes from asleep to calories and won't change...not syncing and battery looks full...

Hey, @Ebryant79! Welcome aboard!  It might be that your tracker got stuck, I suggest you to restart it and give it a try!
