The last time I was able to get my Zip to sync with my iPhone was yesterday March 21 at 2:00 pm. I have the latest iOS version and everything else works in my iPhone. Does anyone know what happened or how to fix it?
I have had my Fit bit zip for 5 years and have loved it until a few weeks ago. It started severe battery drain if about 2 batteries a week, not syncing, not counting steps. Does not look like Fit bit is responding to complaints. Either huge software bug or not supporting the zip anymore.
Mine hadn’t synced since January. I just took the battery out and put it back in (same battery) and it synched up right away. Kind of like doing a reset.
