I can not get the back plate off to change the battery. My battery keeps dying. The groove is getting worn down to nothing.  Can I buy a replacement cap.

Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @Jeanette74! At the moment there is not a back door replacement. However, to further assist you I've created a Support Case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums.
