My zip was working fine til I got a message saying there was an update available! Now it won’t update or sinc!

Welcome to the Forums @Me207! To make sure that your tracker is working correctly, please restart it. After this, try to update your firmware again and make sure that you are following the suggested steps to update on the help article. If it doesn't work, reboot your mobile device and try the update again.
If it doesn't work, on a different mobile device or computer (if available) log into your Fitbit account and try updating your firmware.
