Zip steps

My Zip is counting my steps.  For the past couple of weeks, I have noticed when it syncs with my phone, the step count is down anywhere from 200 steps to 900 steps.  I have replaced the battery.  Any other ideas or do I just have to get a different product?

Hi @zoomzoom2 welcome to the Community! hmmm this sounds pretty weird, so in this case, I suggest you to contact Fitbit Support directly, give them the e-mail address associated to your Fitbit account so they can investigate your account and see what is going on with your Zip.
