I have been using my Zip for over a year and it has worked fine. Loved using it!
I convinced my husband to get a Fitbit and he got the Alta. I set up the app for him on our PC on Saturday and had to uninstall the app that I had set us for myself to get his Alta set up. After setting him up, I was able to Log out his account and Log in to my account. However on Sunday, my Zip stopped counting my steps and only displays 0.00 miles. There is no other info on the display, no time, no steps, no calories burned, no smiley face.
What do I need to do to get my Zip working again?

Try doing a restart of your ZIp by removing the battery for thirty seconds or more and then putting it back in. It wouldn't hurt to put in a fresh battery either. Give that a try and let us know what happens.
Pretty cool that both you and the husband are doing this together.
