Zip stopped syncing 400 error

My zip stopped syncing this past week. I’ve tried everything. Http 400 error.

Welcome to the Forums @Jim987! Thanks for sharing your experience with your Zip tracker and describing the error message you are receiving. 

 

First, make sure to update your app by following the steps described in the help article About the Fitbit app. Then, please try to update your Zip by following these steps: 

 

  1. Turn your tracker off and on again using the instructions in How do I restart my tracker?
  2. Try to firmware update your tracker. If it doesn't work, reboot your mobile device and try the update again.
  3. Try the firmware update again. If it doesn't work, on a different mobile device or computer (if available) log into your Fitbit account and try updating your firmware.
