Hi @shiningstars13, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Sounds pretty bad that your Zip is not syncing. But don't worry, let's try something, can you please take out the battery from your Zip for 10 seconds and then put it back in? then please try to sync. If after that, still not syncing, please follow the steps on this article.

I just talked to support. The representative was very helpful but could not help me. This is the 3rd time my Fitbit Zip has stopped working correctly in 3 years. I was originally sent replacements. It is not that I want another replacement; I just want this one to work. The rep has sent me a discount to a newer model Fitbit which is not what I want. Unless someone can help me, I will be changing to another company whose products are more reliable.

Hi @mcindc how are you doin' today? According to Fitbit policies, the 25% discount is what Customer Service can give your warranty already expired. I wish I could do something else for you, but I'm afraid that I can't. May suggest you to take a look into Fitbit store, maybe there is a Fitbit product that might like you.

Maybe we just want our Zips to sync?
Mine won't sync either... and I don't know how to get it to sync.
Your articles and suggestions are - for me - utterly useless.
What the 'ell is a 'client' -- I can't follow instructions of you say 'go to the client and....'.
I can't find Bluetooth on my computer settings.
I've tried Windows 10 and 8.1 suggestions.
I've tried re-instally the Fitbit application.
All I want is a blasted button on the dashboard that says 'Sync now'.
