Zip won't sync after updating Mac to Big Sur... have done the restart thing with no results. Can't turn Bluetooth off and on because my keyboard and mouse are bluetooth!

Have you tried restarting booth the Mac and Zip? 

Removed the app from the Mac, restart Mac then installed the fitbit app?
