My zip said the battery was low so I replaced it. It seemed to start working and then just died. I replaced the battery a second time and it does not go on at all anymore. Sometimes it goes on but the turns off. After a whole day of work, including my one hour exercise, it calculates about 3000 steps when in reality it would be about 12000 steps. I got my Zip in January 2018. How can I send it back?

Great suggestion @Odyssey13! Welcome to the Forums @Lllisa! Before contacting Support you can check out that the battery is correctly placed with the (+) sign up.
Also, if your battery is behaving oddly the best option is to make sure that the battery spring isn't bent. To see the step by step instructions visit @vomitofthemind's awesome post.
Keep me posted! 🙂
