My zip stopped syncing several days ago....it starts to sync & then says Update Tracker. When I click on that it starts updating....and then I get an error message that reads 'The operation couldn't be completed. (com.fitbit.HTTP error 0.)'
The tracker itself is registering my steps, it just won't sync to my iPhone 6S.
I've tried switching the tracker on & off, switching the phone on & off, deleting the app from the phone & restoring it & a load of other suggestions I've found out there on the web, but to no avail.
Any help gratefully received.

Bayla, this may be related to the same issue that myself and others are seeing, ongoing discussion on the thread "Zip Firmware Release Version 5.90".

No luck yet other than that Fitbit support are sending me a new Zip free of charge. No guarantees that the same thing won't happen to the new one 😞
Have you taken a look at the other thread on this topic as mentioned in the first reply above?

I emailed fit and got a reply to:
log out of fitbit from phone
then reboot phone
sign in to fitbit and it should work to update
I tried 3 times still got same error and it didn’t update, so send another email to fitbit.i also mentioned that several people have said they can’t update also so will wait and see. I have even taken battery out of my zip to try to restart and put battery In and still nothing 😞

My Zip is still on 5.86, and it hasn't synced on its own in a month. It won't sync through Bluetooth or with the dongle. After one or two tries, the Fitbit icon shows both Sync Now and Main Menu grayed out. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. Very frustrated...
