Zip won't sync to my Mac

My fitbit won't sync on my mac computer.  I've turned blue tooth on and off as the help site says and it does nothing.

Unfortunately Zip won’t work on windows 11. So you might won’t to go back to windows 10. Then open the Zip app make sure your toggle is connected and your fitbit nearby click on your profile click on the zip click on the arrows in a circular this should do the trick

Down load app from apple make sure it has the right logo once you have it set up on a laptop or desk you should be able to sync it I use an apple iPhone and an apple iPad

I can’t get my zip to sync to my iphone SE. I turned Bluetooth off/on. Ditto phone. Deleted/reloaded app. When I try to force a sync it the “star” keeps turning. It worked until earlier today. Zip battery is full. Very frustrating
