my Fitbit app on iPhone 7 says it synched but the steps are not showing. I have toggled the Bluetooth, taken and RE inserted the battery, reinstalled batteries, restarted iPhone but nothing is working. It was synching until 2 weeks ago.
please advise

Log out/in on your app.
Clear the apps cache.l/data.
Restart the phone/zip

There is no log out showing in my fitbit app on iphone. I can remove the zip.
How do I clear the apps cache.l/data on my iphone.
