Zip won't sync

After the 5.90 update, my Zip won't sync. Everytime I remove the battery and try again it works, but this is frustrating. I made sure it's awake when I did the manual sync on the app and reinstalled the app, logged out of my account all that. The only sokusolu that works is to remove the battery and try again. Not scalable though!

Thanks for sharing this information and for the steps that you've tried until now. We noticed that issue with iOS devices. In those cases, we advised to use a computer or an Android device. If this is not you case, please check these steps that has helped other users with similar issues.
