Where has my Fitbit Zip info gone. My Zip will not sync any more. I have the dashboard on my laptop. Please don't tell me that the Zip is no longer available. It is the most accurate for step info.

 

Update: Do you realize that the Zip, which I have owned since the day it came to be, is WAY MORE ACCURATE then the wrist worn Fitbits? I depend on my zip for my steps and wear a LUXE on my wrist for all the other info. Please bring back the Windows Application for the ZIP.

Hi @QueenAnn  the Zip was retired spring of 2019. As of October 13, 2022 we need to use a smartphone or a tablet that is compatible in order to sync. Your data is on the Fitbit servers. click to learn more about compatible devices.
