It used to synch without any problems before the update.
I need to remove the battery for ZIP to synch.
I`very tried closing the application and Bluetooth.
It will ONLY synch one time after the battery is removed and reinserted
I even called support.
Does it have something to do with the update.
I've had my ZIP since April of this year..

Are they working on a fix?

I am having the same issue. I even took the battery out & my device still doesn't sync. It's upsetting as I need this device for a class I am taking in school and this is such an inconvenience & so frustrating.
