Received a used zip. I'm unable to update it, have attempted both computer and cell phone.
Initially was unable to connect zip to my Fitbit account. But finally was able to link it using the dongle and my laptop. I have followed all of the steps six or seven times and nothing is working. My phone has been updated ,my Bluetooth is working, I have removed and replaced the zip battery probably a hundred times. I have shut down both and restarted both. I am not paired to an previous fitbits and I emailed the previous owner to make sure that they are no longer connected to the zip.

Best AnswerWill not update to the latest firmware and will not connect to my phone. Will connect to dongle on laptop, but will not update on either.
