Hi @Anthony10  the Zip was retired. Since the Zip was retired, the forums aren't being monitored by Fitbit, BUT there are members on the forums who do read these posts. Sometimes a device has lived as long as it can. Sometimes we can nudge them along for a bit longer, but sometimes they do die. Sorry this happened to you.

Hi @Jeaniejune  what was your question? The new Inspire has an optional clip, so it's much like the Zip.
