My Zip was damaged when I was hit by a car. It flew off my belt and was run over by another car.  It no longer displays data;but it does sync accurately to my smart phone.  Can it be repaired or is it best to purchase a new one?

Fitbits tend not to be repairable and accidental damage is excluded from the warranty so I think purchasing a new one is the way forward. Perhaps use this unfortunate event to consider one of the more recent fitbit models?

 

I hope you are ok and that the zip fared worse than you

Thanks. I am in better shape than my Zip. My digital mind works even if the display does not!
