My computer died and I had to get a new one.  I can't get the fitbit icon for syncing that I had on the old computer.  I now have Windows 10 and I have tried to download the app, but have not be successful as yet.  Any help on finding the icon and getting it pinned to the lower tool bar?

As you are now on Windows 10 you have a couple of options.

To continue to use the fitbit connect software via the icon on the PC dashboard you need to go to www.fitbit.com/setup and download and install the software again. Make sure that you select "PC" before clicking on the download button.

You can also use the fitbit app from the Windows app store which means that you don't need to software or the icon. What problems are you having with this?

Steve,
Thanks for the info. I was able to get it to download yesterday using MS Edge. I am fighting slow download speed on a 4G wireless setup.

Were you able to download the app/software? How did it go? Are you able to sync your Fitbit to your computer?

Yes, got it working. It would not download with FireFox, but it did with MS
Edge. I hate setting up a new computer.
