my zip fit bit has stopped syncing 2 days ago with my iPhone. it is recording the steps etc properly and the battery is full. when trying to sync a message tonight said "not connected to the internet", bluetooth, cellular data is turned on.

Solution found:
needed a phone call to learn that you need to be away from all other devices connected to wi-fi when performing the following:
take battery out, wait 10 sec., re-install battery.... this reboots zip fitbit
turn off bluetooth, back on
open fitbit App on phone and ta-da it works!!!!!

Apparently mine stop thinking yesterday as well it only showed me having 451 steps and I know I had more than that and today it won’t sync at all. Hopefully someone can help us.

I don’t know if you saw the other post but I did what they said. I restarted my phone and then I took the battery out of my zip and put it back in. Caught the rest of my steps for yesterday and my steps today. Hope it works for you!

I did everything IAM supposed to and it still says tracker not found on my phone

I did that to and worked for awhile but now IAM back to the same thing

I did everything it worked for a bit then the same thing so then I call customer service and they put me through some steps and again worked for a bit and the same **ahem** this is so frustrating
