update to syncing problem

Anybody heard anything about an update that will solve our syncing problems?  Be nice if fitbit kept us informed wouldn't it?

Fitbit is always sending updates to the Fitbit App to improve features and connectivity with different devices. Note that your device may automatically update your apps depending on your settings. For more information about the Fitbit app, see https://www.fitbit.com/app

 

If you're talking about updates for the Fitbit Zip, at this moment we don't have any information about new updates for Fitbit Zip. We'll let you know if anything changes.

Thank you for your very stock answer.  It does nothing to tell me or any of the other fitbit users anything about the syncing problem, I.e. when it may be solved, if it will be solved, etc.
