Got my android update a week ago on my phone. I got a new Zip and connected it today 4/20/19. it will only update when I remove the battery. I quit using using Fitbit 4 years ago for this exact same problem. I see on 3/2/19 this was reported to Fitbit. Obviously they haven't fixed the problem considering my New Zip updated when I synced it. People spend a lot of money on your products just to get ripped off. If you have a problem you cant fix you should warn consumers they are buying a product that doesn't work.
