Hi @idtltth, welcome aboard! Sounds too bad that your Fitbit Zip is not syncing.
But don't worry, let me suggest you to take a look of this article "I can't sync my tracker" and if after that still not working, please try to set up your Fitbit as a new device by following these instructions.
