How did you achieve that? I still have to remove and reinsert the battery every night to get a reading on the same phone I have been using for several years.

I didn't get a new app or a new zip. I had hoped fitbit would have fixed everybody's problem. I "tweeted" to them at least once a day for the past few weeks. Last night it just worked. I hope they fix everyone's problem.

Same with mine, my husbands, and my mom's. It cant be all of our Fitbits going bad! My husband just got his brand new in June.
