1 month free subscription

You offered a one month trial period and after three days charged me for it and also charged me for the following month.  I wanted to cancel this subcription as I do not make use of it and therefore feel it is a waste of money. I have paid two amounts of R149,99 and think that I should be refunded for the first month.

Please advise what will be done to rectify this situation.

Thanks

Hi there,

I have just been redirected to this site.

In October I subscribed to your site for Fitbit Alta HR and it was advertised as a free months trial. After a few days I was billed R149,99 and now again I have been billed a further R149,99.

I would like to cancel this subscription as I feel I am not getting the full benefit from it. I also feel that the first subscription should be credited as I never had the opportunity of the 1 month free trial.

Please would you cancel this and let me know when this has been done.

Thank you and kind regards

Hello again, @BevLeopardz - I’m sure you were directed here in case anyone had any ideas. But we are mainly other Fitbit users. We do not have the authority to process refunds.  For that, you should contact Support.
