Charger 3 won’t pair with iPhone 6s

After following the instructions to pair the charger 3 with my phone, the screen on the iPhone Fitbit app shows it found the tracker, but no code came out to do the following procedure. I still can’t pair the device with my phone.

Hi @JW50 - please check what iOS version your iPhone 6s is on. In order to work with Fitbit, an iPhone must be on version 11 or higher.

My iPhone IOS software is 12.4.3 version. However, it still can not pair with the Fitbit app.very disappointed and frustrated.thanks.
