Hi Folks,
I just bought this watch as a gift for my wife. I was within 2 minds considering, I've been on this forum myself a few times in the last month with various syncing issues with my own Charge 3 over the latest Iphone update and Fitbit updates. I've had numerous Fitbits over years so I know how to set these up. I turned the watch on today, plugged it in, installed app on her phone and started to go through set-up process. Got the 4 digit code, inputted that into her phone. Mobile/Cell wise its an Iphone 7. Anyway, after this step, it says the phone needs to have a charge of 50%, had it plugged in and was waiting for it to charge to that. It charged to 50% and over and it still wouldn't set up. I'm at work now, so won't be able to look at the watch for at least another 12 hours, however I will as soon as I get home. I didn't do anything wrong, and its supposed to be pretty straightforward after the code is entered so I can only surmise that this has something to do with the latest updates. Anyway, any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
