I updated my phone recently and now I can’t not receive notifications properly on my watch. All apps work so I can get Facebook, snapchat, instagram etc however WhatsApp and text messages do not work. I have tried all the steps suggested but still doesn’t seem to work. Any suggestions?!

I’m sorry you’re not receiving your text notifications. Currently notifications are an issue that the Fitbit Team is aware of and hopefully a fix will be coming soon. On this thread you can find the current update on the issue, tips and possible workarounds that might help you.
I’m sorry I couldn’t be more help with that issue. The WhatsApp is something I don’t particularly use but I would assume it would also be associated with the notifications issue since it’s a form of messaging. I will have to get clarification on that but I the meantime maybe trying the troubleshooting steps in the link I provided might just help with that as well.
Hello @briandubia and welcome as well. Can you please clarify what you mean by a Fitbit Vase? I believe you may be trying to say Versa but a typo occurred. If that is the case can you give me more details on what is occurring with your Fitbit Versa so I can better assist you.
