250+ hourly step count not updating in app.

I have had my Inspire 3 and the 250+ hourly step count is not updating in the app. It was working initially and but no longer works. I manually loaded steps and it registered that hour but nothing else. I’ve tried completely resetting the Inspire 3 by clearing all data, logged in and out of the Fitbit app, and also restarted the Inspire but nothing fixes it. Please help.

I should also add that I am also losing steps whenever I sync. And it’s not just a few steps, I will sync and lose 300 - 400 steps. What is going on?
