You can use 3D touch on your iPhone 6s or 6s+ to track an exercise or log weight, food, or water. This can be done on the home screen of your iPhone by finding the Fitbit App, tap and hold the Fitbit App with a little bit more pressure than you usually would use, and then select what you'd like to log. Below is a screenshot of what it looks like.
