3D Touch quick actions

The new update says it includes 3D Touch quick actions for logging exercise, weight, food, and water from your phone's home screen for iPhone 6s and 6s plus. But how do you use this?

Hi @Berta919 and welcome to the Community!

You can use 3D touch on your iPhone 6s or 6s+ to track an exercise or log weight, food, or water. This can be done on the home screen of your iPhone by finding the Fitbit App, tap and hold the Fitbit App with a little bit more pressure than you usually would use, and then select what you'd like to log. Below is a screenshot of what it looks like.

It would require the iOS phone having iOS 9 installed..
