4 Red Dots on Dashboard next to Steps

I have 4 red dots on my dashboard, on the right of my Steps Icon that looks like a cross hairs formation.  I cannot select it and it never seems to change.  Can anyone tell me what it means?

I have looked and looked but I can’t seem to find what you might be looking at. Is it possible to do a screenshot?

Of course the cross hairs are gone, since I posted this request.  If it comes back, I'll send a screen shot.  Thanks.
