Versa Lite not syncing, even after troubleshooting

I have tried all different ways to sync my Versa Lite to my iPhone but it´s not working. Yes, I´ve tried troubleshooting it and I´ve also tried the other tips on the FitBit site but nothing is working. Have anyone experienced the same thing?

Im not sure what other tips you have but hopefully I can help. Have you recently updated your device to the iOS 13 or the iOS 13.1? If so the Bluetooth is a bit tricky with the new update as well as stricter permissions for your apps to connect to Bluetooth. Try this:

How to allow or deny Bluetooth for apps in iOS 13 or iPadOS?

  • On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth.
  • You should see a list of every app that requested Bluetooth access on your device.
  • Turn the switch on or off for each device.

No, I have iOS12.4.2.

I tried that, but unfortunately it didn´t work...

Have you tried updating your iOS? Currently there iOS 13 and 13.1?

I peeked in and this situation is being discussed so maybe you might find some suggestions that might work for you.
