7 day total not updating

My 7 day running total is about 80000 steps but on my total page it is only showing 15883?

 

I have tried closing the app and restarting.

 

Any ideas to resolve please?

There is an ongoing issue with the 7 day step total although I'm not sure that it applies in your case. It's worth keeping an eye on the main thread for it just in case: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-com-Dashboard/Friends-Leaderboard-not-updating-updating-slowl...

 

My confusion is that for most the issue is that the 7 day count is too low.
