Appears lots is going on with Charger 2 today. I'll just focus on resetting my password from reset your password, from either the Dashboard (which I automatically logged into as a "saved site", nor the iOS app which starts up in "Hey, welcome". After I click on "Reset Password" (Dashboard) or "Send Reset Email" (iOS) NOTHING is sent to my email (which is correct, it shows up in my Dashboard settings). Done the it 4 or 5 times over the last few hours. No emails from Fitbit.

@RonFx, im not sure what your asking, i see that the Fitbit account you are logged into while posting was created in 2016. Is this the account in question? If you want to change the password, ho to https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile and press Reset password.

Today when i started the appp I was logged out and i had to log again. After that I realised that my sleep log was without deep sleep , REM sleep and light sleep.

@Rich_Laue, Yes I have pressed "Reset password" in my profile settings (many times since 9/1). I see the message pop-up "email to reset password sent to "my@email.net" that is in my profile. So I am asking, why I have NOT received any emails from fitbit that would allow me to "reset password."
This is also the case when I start the app since 9/1/17 & it says "Hi, welcome to fitbit", Join Fitbit/Log In. Same thing on my iOS, when I press forgot password, "Send Reset Email"-- NO email is every sent.
So I have had no data from the tracker for days.
Is there a fitbit customer service # to call?
