ALTA HR not pairing with new Iphone

I purchased the ALTA HR and had it paired with my Iphone 6S..It was working perfectly..Now i purchased a new Iphone 10 and the device wasnt synching. I deleted the device from the fitbit app and now it cant be found on the app...Its annoying that i cant add my ALTA HR device to my new iphone...Any suggestions?

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure there isn't still a link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to the new phone.
