I have an iPhone 7 iOS 10.3.3 I upgraded the fitbit to the latest version, however all the new features are not showing. I already tried uninstalling and installing app, and restarting iPhone.

I appreciate you have attached some screenshots to your post; however, I'm not able to determine which functions or upgrades are you missing except for the Community tab in the app menu. Please note that the Community tab is only available for customers in the US for the time being.
