Dear Fitbit,

I just thought you would like to know, I find those ads in your app really annoying.  I have bought a different company's device to be rid of them.  They are not only intrusive, but a security concern. After several years, good-bye, Fitbit, you've lost a customer.

First of all I would like to thank you for your feedback, we have received reports from some members about the ads showing in the Fitbit app and I appreciate you have voiced your opinion about them. I understand your concern about the ads and we are sorry to see you go.

I totally agree, lots more Fitbit users will switch unless we hear a firm "no ad"policy fromFitbit and SOON
