My account has been hacked and the e-mail and user name changed.  I am unable to amend email.

 

I have called helpline, who have stated they will pass this on.  I am extremely concerned by this Hack - as you can see my whereabouts, and movements (ie when I am awake) via the account.

 

Please help as soon as possible,

@FerArk, Can you open the Fitbit IOS app? If yes, can you go to Account and see your Fitbit device listed? If yes, then remove it. 

 

I can understand how disturbing this is for you. How did you discover the hack?
