Yesterday, I completed a daily showdown challenge where I beat my previous best record by at least 1,000 steps. I got a congratulations message, but I did not receive trophies for beating my previous record but I got it for winning the showdown.
I like the idea of the new trophies for the challenges, but it doesn't seem to be updating correctly and its a lot of steps so I'd love to get my personal best for getting better than the last. I even logged out and it didn't show up. So discouraging.

It's nice to see you around @theloveofnugget, how you doing ? I'd suggest verifying if your Fitbit app is up-to-date.
After that, please force sync your tracker with your iOS device by doing the following:
1. Tap your tracker name at the top of the app dashboard.
2. Make sure your tracker has battery life and bring it near to your iOS device.
3. Scroll down and tap the "Sync Now" tile and wait for the sync to complete.

I did all of that. I also talked to support who said they'd move my case on to higher people and no result. It gets really discouraging.
