I just returned from a trip to South America and my FitBit app is showing the Time Zone as "Bogota".
I've removed my fitbit ChargeHR from the app to try and troubleshoot the timezone issue, and the timezone still won't sync properly.
When I turn off "set automatically" and change the timezone manually, I can sit on the screen and watch it automatically change back to Bogota. When I manually set the timezone to something other than Bogota, I can also sit on the screen and watch it get automatically switched back to Bogota.
I've tried deleting the App from my phone and re-downloading it, and I still have the same issue as above.
I'm at a loss...

Hi @biznes5 and welcome to the Community!
That's very strange. I'd recommend making sure that your tracker is re-paired to your account. If it isn't, you can use the replacement setup process to re-pair it to your account.
Also, are you able to change your timezone if you change your timezone on Fitbit.com and then sync your tracker?
Keep in mind that any change to your settings has to be synced over to your tracker for it to take effect.
Keep me posted if this helps!

Derrick,
Thanks for the reply. For some reason the timezone on my fitbit.com website profile also got changed to Bogota. Once I manually changed it online, my FitBit app kept the change back to my correct timezone.
Thanks for the assistance
