Just as @Artur_Beglaryan and @Jan_janmarie suggested, I would recommend re-adding the the shortcuts in your Fitbit.com settings and then sync your Blaze. This should help!
Also, there have been a few instances where re-pairing your Blaze using the replacement tracker setup process alleviates the issue. Be sure to sync your Blaze before re-pairing!

Best AnswerAnother one having exactly the same problem - it was working fine before. Assuming it's a problem with the app as it just isn't holding the information. Other things are syncing fine - e.g. I can change the clock face and it remembers that. Hopefully fitbit will come up with a solution soon but in the meantime it's quite annoying!

Best AnswerThanks. Adding via the website didn't work for me unfortunately, but i tried removing and repairing and that seems to have fixed it.
