Does anyone know how I can activate a Group I'm trying to start?

Hi Liliya,

 

I have been trying to set up a badminton group in fitbit but its not allowing me to complete the set up of the group.

I can't add a picture and the create button isn't accessible.

Would be grateful for your help.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue. I appreciate your efforts and recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app and check if it is updated to the latest version by following these steps.
  3. Restart your phone. 
  4. Log into the Fitbit app and check if the issue persists.
