Why are My zone minutes cut off? Can this be fixed? See picture thanks

Thank you for sharing a screenshot of the issue you’re experiencing. I appreciate your efforts and recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app and check if it is updated to the latest version by following these steps.
  3. Restart your phone. 
  4. Log into the Fitbit app and check if the issue persists.
