Active Minutes Average Calculated Incorrectly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

iOS app (with fitbit Charge) shows charts for weekly/monthly/3 month/yearly average active minutes but the average is calculated incorrectly. For example, if I have 0 active minutes 6 days in a week but 50 active minutes for one day, it will display "50 active minutes" as my average for that week. Removing the 0 days from the calculation is not at all helpful. If I have a "bad" week and don't move much at all (such as in this example) the averages charts will tell me nothing useful. Please correct so that all days are included in this calculation (even zero active minute days). Thank you.

That's not just for Active Minutes.  I think anywhere Fitbit calculates averages, their algorithm incorrectly ignores and day with 0 count.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
