Starting today my Fitbit iPhone app will not display my Active Zone Minute details for my Charge 6. The device will synch, but when I select the Active Zone Min field it just spins, no data. I've rebooted the phone, removed and reinstalled the app, rebooted the Charge 6... No change. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular data of the phone have been verified working fine.

Welcome to the community, @BarnRK.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and sharing the steps that you've tried so far. I understand how important this data is for you and let's work on this together. Just to confirm, are your Active Zone Minutes displayed correctly on your Charge 6? If that's correct, meaning the issue Is just with the Fitbit app, could you check if the Fitbit app is updated on your phone? Our team is currently rolling out a new version which may help to get this resolved. Please make sure to install it if you see it available and reboot your phone afterward.
